60-Day PR Sprint
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Visibility on Purpose, LLC (“Consultant”) and the purchasing client (“Client”) as of the date of purchase. By completing the transaction, Client agrees to the following terms and conditions.
1. Scope of Services
Consultant will provide two months of PR Advisory Support, which includes:
Two (2) 60-minute strategy calls per month (4 total)
Feedback on brand positioning, messaging, and media readiness
Review of PR-related materials such as messaging docs, pitches, press releases, or PR angles
Slack access for limited feedback (M-F)
Services are consultative in nature and designed to offer expert guidance, strategic direction, and professional insights to support Client’s PR and visibility goals.
2. Term & Schedule
This agreement begins on the date of purchase and continues for a period of two (2) consecutive months. Strategy calls must be booked and completed within that timeframe. Any unused sessions or support will expire at the end of the two-month period.
3. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to:
Participate in scheduled calls and communicate in a timely manner
Provide necessary information, brand materials, and context to support the advisory process
Implement strategies and recommendations at their discretion
Consultant is not responsible for outcomes, publicity results, or press placements as these depend on Client’s implementation and external factors.
4. Payment Terms
The monthly fee for this service is $1,850 per month (unless otherwise stated).Payment is due in full at the time of purchase and is non-refundable.
Due to the customized, high-touch nature of consulting services, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued once the agreement begins.
5. Communication
Client will receive access to a private Slack channel for light check-ins and quick feedback. Longer discussions or reviews will be reserved for scheduled strategy calls.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all shared business information, proprietary materials, and personal data. Consultant will not disclose Client information without written consent.
7. Intellectual Property
Any materials, templates, or frameworks shared by Consultant are for Client’s internal use only and may not be shared, sold, or distributed without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Consultant provides professional consulting services and does not guarantee specific results or media placements. Client agrees to hold Consultant harmless for any damages, losses, or outcomes resulting from implementation of strategies discussed.
9. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. Any amendments must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
By purchasing this service, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
