Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using www.visibilityonpurpose.com or purchasing any product or service from Visibility on Purpose LLC ("VOP," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products or services.

Visibility on Purpose LLC offers the following products and services:

  • Personalized PR Plans — A done-for-you PR strategy, pitch, and outlet research package

  • 2 Month PR Advisory — Ongoing advisory services including strategy calls, Slack support, and PR guidance

Additional products, courses, freebies, and digital resources may be offered from time to time.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Visibility on Purpose LLC does not offer refunds on any products or services, including but not limited to digital products, strategy sessions, PR plans, advisory packages, and courses. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

No Guarantee of Results

PR and media exposure results vary based on many factors outside of our control, including but not limited to your industry, product, brand readiness, media landscape, and your own implementation of our recommendations. Visibility on Purpose LLC makes no guarantee that using our products or services will result in press coverage, media features, sales increases, or any other specific outcome. Testimonials and client results shared on our website are real but not typical and should not be interpreted as a promise of similar results.

Intellectual Property

All content on www.visibilityonpurpose.com — including but not limited to written content, images, graphics, video, audio, course materials, PR plans, pitch templates, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of Visibility on Purpose LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, resell, modify, or create derivative works from any of our content without our express written permission. Products and digital downloads purchased from VOP are licensed for your personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or transferred to any third party.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the full amount for your selected product or service. All prices are listed in US dollars.

Digital Product Delivery

Digital products and downloads will be delivered via email or through our website following confirmed payment. If you do not receive your purchase within 24 hours, please contact us at info@visibilityonpurpose.com.

Email Communications

By purchasing from us or opting in to any of our free resources, you agree to receive email communications from Visibility on Purpose LLC. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any of our emails.
